1. Get rid of the clutter. Put away all your personal items. Don't leave out tissue boxes, phones, remotes, or pet bowls.
2. Make it bright. Open the blinds. Turn on all the lights.
3. Have it clean. Mirrors and windows that are dirty show in the photos.
4. Make it Bigger. Remove extra furniture and small rugs to make your home appear more spacious.
5. Outside Matters. Put away the hoses and trash cans, and move the cars out of the driveway.
