Winning Open Houses
4 Thinks we do to win at open houses in order to get multiple offers on our listings:
1. Put out about 50 signs. Everyone thinks it's ridiculous and has to stop to see what's up.
2. Have at least 2-3 people working our open house so we can all be focused on someone asking questions, even when it's busy.
3. Invite all the neighbors. They know people who like their neighborhood.
4. Have them all weekend long to give everyone a chance to see the house.
Having more open houses brings a lot of excitement around a listing and creates more competition that buyers can see for themselves. Buyers put in higher bids on houses that they see a lot of people are excited about!
